Oakfield supported Bowmer and Kirkland as the main contractor on the Space Park project. This development offers cutting-edge facilities for space research, development, and manufacturing. Spearheaded by the University of Leicester, Space Park represents a significant endeavour to establish a leading hub for pioneering research, entrepreneurship, and education in both space and Earth observation.
