Groundwork is underway at the Top Wighay site near Hucknall for Nottinghamshire County Council’s innovative all-electric office, marking the beginning of a significant investment in the region.  The project aims to transform the site into a new community with 805 homes, a primary school, and a skills centre.

Construction has already started on a new road section and roundabout within the development. Oakfield is working for main contractors Morgan Sindall on this impressive new project.
