Mental Health Awareness course.
Yesterday MHFA England delivered our first Mental Health awareness course to 10 of our employees at one of our sites in Bingham.
This course covers:

· What mental health is and how to challenge the stigma

· A basic knowledge of some common mental health issues

· An introduction to looking after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing

· Confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental health issue

We look forward to working more with MHFA England as we aim to provide more Mental Health Awareness training to more of our employees.

Together lets cure the Stigma!
